WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Often we receive that the customer has not received a confirmation email.

Please first check the list to make sure you have not received an email.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 12 noon will most likely arrive within 24 hours, otherwise they may be delayed due to courier service error.

In case of excessive delivery times (4-5 days), please contact us, we have been notified of lost parcels so it is important that we check.

INCOMPLETE SHIPMENT

In the case of a missing parcel, the courier service responsible for the fault will attach a report to the parcel, please send it by e-mail as soon as possible and we will contact you.

MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FAILED

Often there are payment failures, in which case you have made a mistake or not followed through. In the majority of cases, you should also be able to accept payment in smartbank.Please also check that the details you have used are correct and that the card can be charged.

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OF DELIVERY?

Yes, you will be notified by the courier company on the day of delivery by SMS , e-mail.
